Harvest Festival

October 17th, 2017 · 5 Comments · Uncategorized

The KS2 Harvest festival was fantastic this afternoon. The Year 6 children were great role models during the service and while they were walking to and from the church. It was lovely to see so many children signing and reading poems in front of all the parents.

Thank you to all the parents who came to watch and walk with us to the church.

I feel it is important that children ,like me, need to experienc events like this as not many children have oportunitys like this.

I agree with Owen on this topic. Not many children get an opportunity like this and it is truly an amazing event and a great opportunity to showcase work you have done just for this

It was really exciting standing in front of so many people singing, reading haiku’s and showing all the fantastic pieces of art that year 6 had produced. We had so much fun listening to the other year groups talking about there amazing work that they had made for the harvest festival.

I love it when I go to the harvest festival because I get to sing in front of everyone. Did you like going to the harvest festival in the church?

Unfortunately I couldn’t make to the harvest festival because I was ill that day. But I know that I would recover from not going! I hope everyone had a good time! 😉
